The Country Farmhouse

Before we ask a client to trust us with their home, it seems fair that we should have trusted ourselves with our own. This one-and-a-half-story farmhouse is our model home, a long porch on a rise of open pasture, a wood stove, and a roof of cedar shingles laid one at a time by our own crew. It carries every conviction we build by: honest proportion, real materials, and a tight building envelope engineered far past the code minimum. This house in particular was monopoly framed with the Huber ZIP System sheathing, as popularized by Matt Risinger of the Build Show.
